A blend of debt and equity investment, the Ethical Property Commercial Fund is intended to grow to $100 million in coming years and provide more properties for not-for-profits to co-locate in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney. The panelists will provide insights into questions like how EPA became financially viable to take on investment, how positive social and environmental outcomes are evaluated, and how the organisation's social purpose creates financial benefit.
